AFAIK new Mambo use as defaut TinyMCE. It is much faster
than HTMLAREA - but with Mambo and Typo3 link definition possibilities
are poor. You can install to Mambo HTMLAREA too - but it is also
in Mambo quite slow because it is big. BUT if you take
off unnecessary stuff (you can do that using Typo3), it works much 
faster. With all features HTMLAREA is is irritating slow.
