[TYPO3] RealURL skips one page segment when generating speaking URLs

Because normally these pages are at the root of your site. Say, you have
this:


+ Root
  |- www.cnn.com
  | |- News
  | |- Whatever
  |- www.bbc.co.uk
  | |- News
  | |- Whatever


What you want is: http://www.cnn.com/News and not
http://www.cnn.com/www.cnn.com/News. Root page of the site is
represented by empty segment.
