[TYPO3] Extensions Download ?& Extension Manager error !!

Hi all,

Im still wondering when i want to download from
TYPO3 site | PHPBB| , like this
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/phpbb2chc/0.0.4/
where is the extension .t3x ?
im just using extensions as default and download from another site like
mcuniverse.com, etc.
Im using  Ver. 4.0rc1.
Another error display like:

If theres any have much extensions like *.t3x / full extensions for typo3
site
please send it to me, ok.
