Compatible... well not really, but all it takes is a couple of SQL 
statements, and copying some pictures (user pictures and 
icons/emoticons). I did it without trouble (in fact I am now using this 
extension in a production site with 5000 members), but there is no 
'nice' upgrade script *yet*. Give me a sec :)

Well there will be an upgrade script ready soon. And no, there is no 
integration with chc_forum because I don't use that yet. I am planning 
on using a forum so it will probably be made in the future.
