[TYPO3] How to setup login page for BE users (in the FE)

Hello,

I'm running typo3 ver 4 RC2.

How do I setup a login page to allow backend users to edit in the front
end?

In the past, I've used the FEUser-BELogin extension:
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/dkd_feuser_belogin/1.2.6/

In the new version of typo, I'm not able to install that extension. So,
I was curious as to if there's a better way to do this?
