[TYPO3] Changing default layout of header

When I add a new content element and leave the header type as normal, Typo3
sets the header to an h1 (see code below).

<div class="csc-header csc-header-n1"><h1 class="csc-firstHeader">This is
the header</h1></div>

I would like it to be an h3. Is there a way to change the default on this?
