Hey Ben,

this site : http://www.rvantwisk.nl/
is running RC1 at the moment which for me gives a 404.

When I try: http://www.rvantwisk.nl/givesa404
then it gives me a good 404.

I only just noticed that I have this config:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['pageNotFound_handling_statheader'] = 'HTTP/1.0 
404 Not Found';

The above didn't work in 3.8.1 as far as I can remember (or was I wrong 
afterall???).
