[TYPO3] new page gets pid=0 and result in backend errors

hey listers,

Strange problem,

When I make a new page, this page gets pid=0 in the db, resulting in 
IE/win to get a "page can not be displayed" error instead of the page-tree.
In FF/mac,  I get the file alt_db_navframe.php as a downloadable file.

Anyone ever had this problem before and/or know a solution?

CONST: php_sapi_name: apache
