[TYPO3] upgrade 3.7 to 3.8.1 problem

Hi

Manually edit your localconf.php file. Find the line that reads:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["EXT"]["requiredExt"] = 'cms,lang';

change it to read:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS["EXT"]["requiredExt"] = 'cms,lang,sv';
