[TYPO3] rlmp_eventdb where to subscribe to event?

can it be real?

Everybody is using the rlmp events extension, but _nobody_ is able to 
tell me how I ca subscribe to an event?
I don't think this can be real...
;-)

How do you folks subscribe/book to an event with rlmp eventdatatbase?
