[TYPO3] specialised typo3 hosting?

I am looking for a very reliable European host for some 
projects using typo3. 

They are for customers, some of them are NGOs, charities. 

Ideally they should be specialised, offering also 1) 
SSL/certificate 2)backup service when necessary.
