[TYPO3] navigation title from TS

Hi,

Simple, quick question:
If we have standard page, the TS to it's title is:

page:title

When we nave page Advanced we can use Navigation Title, what TS can I use to 
get to Navigation title?

The second objective is the IF statment:
if (there is a Navigation title)
page:navigation title
else
page:title

Anybody could help me with that? or even direct mi to something what could 
point to an answer of my question.
