[TYPO3] Firefox problem with <DIV> content

Hi,

I have wrapped my content i my HTML-template like this:

<div style="border : solid 0px #003399; background : #FFFFFF; 
scrollbar-face-color: #FFFFFF; scrollbar-arrow-color: #003399; padding : 
4px; width : 545px; height : 380px; overflow : auto; ">
              <!-- ###CONTENT### START-->
              <H2>- Title -</H2>
              <P>this is the where normal content goes</P>
              <!-- ###CONTENT### END-->
            </div>

Now when viewed in Firfox my horizontal dropdown-menu "falls out" in 
level 2 when choosing a  menu-item which is over my content area..

I have tryed with Z-INDEX for menu and content DIV..but with no succes ! 
the menu is clearly z-indexed over the content but still "fall out"..

Anybody...help!!
