[TYPO3] jm_gallery no images

[GARGA!]

Hello,
 
I've installed the extension jm_gallery.

But I can't see the images.

The folder where the image are stored is in: fileadmin/2003 
When I synchronize on the front end the string is:

for the single image:
<img src="fileadmin/2003/0_singles/DSC00016_3.jpg">

 for the single image:
<img src="fileadmin/2003/0_thumbs/DSC00016_3.jpg">

but the extension don't create the subfolder.

What i do wrong?
