[TYPO3] Quixplorer link problem

I installed Quixplorer, and i can browse my folder structure. However if i 
click on a item to view it, the link is wrong. The reason is simple, I used 
an extra folder in my sitepath.

So while for instance quixplorer links to 
http://www.myurl.com/fileadmin/example.html, it should in fact link to 
http://www.myurl.com/myextrafolder/fileadmin/example.html


Where do I add this 'myextrafolder', should i add it to one of the php 
files?
