[TYPO3] full of errors: pages open as blank index.php instead of index.php?id=....

since a few days my pages won't open anymore, I only get a blank
index.php in ff, or an error in IE. When trying to refresh a few times
it will work. This seems very odd.
Also when looking into my error-log, I have loads of them.

Lots of:

PHP Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL
result resource in .../httpdocs/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 741,

PHP Fatal error: Unknown function: \xc8z\xe4\xfeD\xe3Y\xf2\x19() in
.../httpdocs/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 1264,

PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in
.../httpdocs/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_userauthgroup.php on line 46

PHP Notice: Undefined index: ORIG_SCRIPT_NAME in
.../httpdocs/typo3/ext/phpmyadmin/modsub/conf.php on line 10

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
.../httpdocs/tslib/class.tslib_fe.php on line 2227

and that's only 1/1000 of them... Is this normal??? I cannot possibly
imagine that this should be normal... so many php-errors?
