[TYPO3] MultiLanguage Site

Hi ,

I am using "rlmp_language_detection" extension and I want to use the One 
Tree concept which adds a "L" parameter.

Steps I followed:
1. Installed extension
2. setup code:

plugin.tx_rlmplanguagedetection_pi1 {

  useOneTreeMethod = 1
  defaultLang = en
  dontAddSchemeToURL = 1

}

Nothing seems to work Anything else I need to do...

Important Note: I am using RealURL for my site
I want to display urls as : http://www.mysite.com/global/fr/, 
http://www.mysite.com/global/en/ ...etc

How do I get the EXT work with RealURL?
