What prevents you from using a (more or less) real name together with the 
wizzleteet mail adress? All that a spammer cares about is the mail address. 
They usually don't give a fart about names.

That's the way I do it. Real name, spamtrap free-gmx-account mail adress. 
BTW, GMX does a good job filtering spam.
