[TYPO3] rtehtmlarea <LINK> in <li>

Hallo list,

I have a wierd problem here. Using rtehtmlarea 0.4.74 and TYPO3 3.7.0. 
If I make a "normal" link (in a text), the link-tag will be rendered as 
a a-tag. That's right. but if I make links in list (bulleted or ordered 
list) , the link-tag stays.

I have emptied the PageTS and it doesn't help. I installed a TYPO3 3.7.0 
dummy version and rtehtmlarea 0.4.74 on localhost to reproduce the 
problem, but it doesn't show up.

I don't think upgrading rtehtmlarea to 1.1.3 (the latest which runs with 
TYPO3 3.7) will solve the problem.
