[TYPO3] TS: BgrndColor of partially transparent GIFswhenscalingwith IMG_RESOURCE

Hi,

Sorry, see what you mean.  I have no doubt it must be possible to set the
matte colour for the generated gif, since GIFBUILDER offers this (fairly
basic) functionality, but I've no idea how you would do this in the context
of IMG_RESOURCE.
