[TYPO3] indexed search and php script doesn't work

Hi Guys,
i need yours help for using indexed search with pages generated dynamically by php scripts.
Is it possibile to cache these pages and continue to use php script?
I cannot find a solution becouse if I turn on the cache the script doesn't work and instead if I leave off the cache I cannot index those pages.
I'm using now the extension "Page PHP content" for inserting script inside my typo3 website.

Any idea or suggestion?
