[TYPO3] templavoila on 3.8.1

It's been a while that I worked with typo3.
Now I have installed a new 3.8.1 version of it, but there seems to be a 
problem with templavoila. When I use the wizard, I get only a blank 
white 'right' pageframe after step one.
Also when going to File > filelist > templates and then rightclicking on 
my template, clicking on TemplaVoila, gives me the same blank right side.

Do I miss something ?
I don't have any errors in the install tool...
