[TYPO3] FTB / TV issues

thanks, updating to the latest T3 has gotten me almost all the way.

the only thing i cannot figure out now - the Preview in TV shows my  
items mapped appropriately, but two things are weird:

1. the CSS in my template isn't being carried over.  i remember that  
the 3.x T3 version allowed extracting this from the .html template -  
but i cannot find that now :)

2. creating page content in the "Page" area for my top-level page  
item doesn't seem to show up anywhere.

any ideas?
