[TYPO3] Why am i not allowed to log-in Typo3?

Hello,

I am working with Typo3, on an online server. I can access it from some 
computers, but from the computer in my home i cannot access it. I know that 
i have the cookies enabled, and i have java platform running.

The message that i get is: "no user logged in, or session expired".

Do you have any idea how to fix this?
