Appears you have both feuser_admin and sr_feuser_register which may be 
causing problems. Remove feuser_admin.

Next you need to add this to you Template Setup:
http://www.mpm5.com/c/typo3conf/ext/sr_feuser_register/static/css_styled/setup.txt
