[TYPO3] stylesheet not included - please help

hello,

do you have any idea why my stylesheet ref is not added in my html 
source code?
i tried nearly everything, however without success:

doku = PAGE
doku.typeNum = 1
doku.headerData.10 = TEXT
doku.headerData.10.value = <link href="fileadmin/templates/doku.css" 
rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
doku.stylesheet = fileadmin/templates/doku.css
doku.includeCSS {
   file1 = fileadmin/templates/kanzleiIntranet/include/doku.css
}
doku.bodyTag = <body bgcolor = "white" scroll="yes" topmargin="5" 
leftmargin="5" rightmargin="5" bottommargin="5">
------

the page with  typeNum = 0 uses templavoila. is there any conflict?
