Hi Mickael,
Try that, go to the content element that is supposed to display the
registration form and select "create" or "invite" or "edit" on the option
plug-in (by default the display mode is set to "no set"). Check as well that
you have included in your template (root or page) the FE user registration
static template (CSS or Old) according to the html output you wish.
