[TYPO3] [TYPO3-UG UK] protecting one news category in tt_news (but not the list)

Dear friends,

sorry to slightly reformulate a question I already asked.

We are trying to implement a small community solution based 
on typo3 (3.8.1), where there are members (who can access 
all services after login) and non member (who can access 
only certain services). 

The question is:

Using tt_news is it possible to create a news category where 
single news item pages are only accessible to member of the 
community (after login) whilst news in another category are 
accessible to everybody? The list of the news must be 
accessible to everybody, only the pages where the complete 
article is, should be protected!
