[TYPO3] Index search troubleshooting

Hi all,
  I have install index search extension and it seem to have some troubleshooting,
  It's curious but the when i do a frontend connnection the first time  the pages i visited are indexed  even with external files.   after that  when i add new external files the index serach   never  index the new added files.
