[TYPO3] disabling JavaScript in TMENU items

How does one disable javascript in tmenu items, like removing the onblur 
events in links? Mr. Mandreson has skillfully pointed out many short 
comings in some websites of mine regading SEO (He and his company 
produced a very useful review), one of which being that spiders hang on 
javascript in hyperlinks. I'm having trouble finding the right 
typoscript to turn this off.

I'm not trying to disable javascript sitewide just in some 
implementations of tmenu.
