[TYPO3] cache and cache_pages: extensions that deactivate the cache functions?

heho folks,

is there a method to check, which extension deactivates cache-functions 
of typo3?

in my case the inserts into cache_pages fail. the table remains empty, 
but is modified (following the autoindex and the last-modified flags of 
the table).

i suppose there is an ext, that hooks into the caching-functions, but which?

does anyone have hints for me?
