[TYPO3] TemplaVoila and Fatal Error

Template selector cannot be disabled any more.

Should not be checked by default. You should not use old page module 
with TV, it will not work properly.

You need to reload the whole BE after installing TV. Simply hit Refresh 
in the browser.
