[TYPO3] real url and footer template

Hi all,

I've got real url running in my web site, the only few links that are 
not rendered are the ones in the footer. This is the part of the template:

<div id="footer" class="footer_text">
<a href="http://website/index.php?id=815">Note</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
<a href="http://website/index.php?id=790">test2</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
<a href="http://website/index.php?id=7">test3</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
</div>

Is it because they're directly specified there? What's the solution?
