[TYPO3] How to get search box to use specific index configuration?

Hello,

In my effort to try to get typo to search specific areas of my site,
I've come across the crawler extension. With that, I've got two index
configurations. One that indexes the entire page tree, and another that
indexes one specific page on the tree. The indexes seem to be working
fine.

My question is, how do I get a search box to use a specific index
configuration?

I'm running typo3 ver4.
