[TYPO3] Indexed Search + Crawler Configuration

Hello.
In our intranet I'd like to use the extension "indexed_search" in 
connection with the "crawler". I've got some difficulties to configure both.
  - pages shall not be indexed by accessing them via frontend
  - but regularly by the the shell script
  - the navigation shall not be considered; otherwise, search result 
contain too many items
  - News (tt_news) and FAQs (irfaq) shall be indexed in order to be 
found  by the search

I'd appreciate any help!
