[TYPO3] ajaxtabs: dynamic flexform xml, BE cache problem

Hi Thomas,

I am trying to use dynaflex to modify the flexform of my FE plugin. I am 
  not sure very sure of the 'path' that should be mentioned in the $dca

I have the following:

'path' => 'tt_content/columns/pi_flexform/config/ds/t3in_tabs_pi1',


But I get an error:

Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor 
overloaded objects in 
D:\WEBSITES\Typo3India\typo3conf\ext\dynaflex\class.dynaflex.php on line 250

Can you please give some hints about what could be wrong?
