[TYPO3] [TYPO3-workflow] New beta of native workflow system.

Hi,

I have fixed the bugs in the bugtracker and added some small features to the
Native Workflow System. I have not tested it extensively, I plan to do
testing and release in week 27. Please test and report bugs untill then.

If anybody is interested in maintaining the manual, that would be a great
help. Please get in contact with me.
