[TYPO3] Typo3 v.4 - Caption for Images

I have built my site with Typo3 v. 4 and TemplaVoila. One part of my 
site has a lot of images. I use Content Type Images with x-number of 
columns.
But how do I add a caption for the different images? In the BE I can 
only add a caption to the first image and not for the others.
In FE I can add different captions for all the images but when it is 
saved it is only the first image that has a caption.

Any suggestions?
