[TYPO3] No Backend LOGIN!!!

hello

my problem is, i have install my typo from a linux server to win 2003 with
iis6 php 4 and mysql 4. now erverytime i want to login the backend, i become
the info username or password are wrong. the dbase ist ok, i have a link
from my old server ( linux ) to the mysql dbase and there i can login.
so i thing, i have forget some entries on the iis? maybe?
