[TYPO3] tt_news instalation problem

Hello,

I'm using TYPO3 V4 and trying to install tt_news 2.4.0. After
instalation I have:

/Table error!
Probably one or more required fields/tables are missing in the database!/

And information tab alway informes me that:

/UPDATE NEEDED:
Add fields
1  ALTER TABLE tt_news ADD uid int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment;
1  ALTER TABLE tt_news ADD PRIMARY KEY (uid);/

After I click on Make updates it doesn't make any updates in
information is still there.
