[TYPO3] TYPO3 Direct Mail Cron: Aborting, another process is already running!

Hi

Check the documentation. AFAIK It inserts a lockfile to prevent this 
from happening. check that another mailer engine job is not running and 
delete the lockfile and you should be good to go.
