[TYPO3] Import / Export of site

Hi,

I have Typo3 (ver. 3.5) installed and working for long time with 3 Typo3 
sites in it. On the other server i have Typo3 (ver. 3.7) that i want to 
migrate to the first one. Both sites (installations) use a few extensions 
like a News etc. How to do this migratiton (i coudln't find any 
info/tutorial on this)? I know those are pretty old versions but that's not 
the point here.
