[TYPO3] Flash Header

Hi
   
  I would like to have a flash movie on my site(.swf)
How can i achieve this? I did use multimedia special elements which came out with typo3 4 with success but I would like to put the flash movie on the header of the site and to achieve this I need to use typoscript. I've also tried wec_flash player with no results.
