[TYPO3] Indexed Search Documentation

On a new site I installed the indexed_search extension on Typo3 3.8.  
Unfortunately, on the new website I can on longer find documentation  
on setting it up correctly. Does anyone know where it went?

I'm having trouble having all my pages indexed and I remember there  
might be something I need to put in my template setup field, but  
can't remember what.
