[TYPO3] Caching problem with tt_news - editor user couldn't delete the FE chache

Hi, 

The editor user on my web page tried to add a new record to the tt_news, 
and after it he tried to modify it. This record on the FE wasn't right 
appeared. In this case I can use with my admin login to use the "Delete FE 
cache" button, but I don't found any way to add this function to the 
editor user.

My ask how it could be to solve this problem?
