[TYPO3] Handling parameters in RealUrl

Sorry, but it's not a cache problem. The solution relates to the array:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXTCONF']['realurl']['_DEFAULT']

Somehow I think it must be possible to configure this array to deal with 
the parameter in a way, that'll give the desired solution.
