[TYPO3] RSS News Feed Problem

Hi list !!

I am using typo3 4.0 + real url + RSS News Feed Export 
(/pmk_rssnewsexport/) .
My problem is that if I set "simulateStaticDocuments = 0" then real url 
is working fine and RSS is also showing news properly in news feeder but 
not able to display news-detail page.
And if I set "simulateStaticDocuments = 1" then real url is not working 
properly.
So what should I do so that news feeder can display news-detail page 
properly as well as real url is also working fine ??
