[TYPO3] includeLibs not working?

Thank you very much, I finally got it working. It's the fileadmin/ mistery. 
I put my script into this directory, and voila, it's working. I put it 
outside, typo3 will not parse it. I guess it must be mentioned somewhere in 
the doc.
