[TYPO3] ext: something for distance education, learning system

Hello,

I wonder, is there some typo3 extension to organise distance learning?
It should be a kind of virtual university. Student may take a number of 
disciplines for study, have lections set in personal cabinet or 
something, there should be ability of passing tests.
Maybe this kind of workflow can be implemented throu combination of some 
more common extensions?
