[TYPO3] edit content as guest; verified by admin

Hello Typo3 community,

I am looking for a solution to realize a project where users (guests, 
doesn't need to login) can edit content (like in a WIKI), but content is 
reviewed by ADMIN before its release. There are lots of extensions doing 
partly what I am looking for, but not all. Has anyone realized such a 
thing? I am thinking of using a combined version of 'select pro' and 
'formmailplus'...
